Biography
Tony Broadbent is an Art4Essex guest and supporter based in Leeds, England. He also owns Original Art Exhibitions.
Tony Broadbent paints mainly abstract art in oils. (Biography picture is self-portrait in pencil). His pieces cover the traditional as well as mood setting paintings and ocassionally the larger sizes based upon a theme.
The work is best displayed on plain colour large expanse walls and is suitable for both minimalist and featured positioning. Highly collectible his work has been recognised as a departure from the mundane. Bold vibrancy to calm imagery are the signature of his work.
Works, paintings and pieces are held in many private collections - recently emerging on the London scene and receiving an International following in Spain, the USA and Italy to name a few.
