Biography
James studied Graphic Design and photography at West Suffolk college in Bury St Edmunds back in 1998 but hasn't produced any real art for over 10 years.
Inspired by a week away in Brighton in 2009 he began painting again, At first trying to hard to impress before finally just letting go and enjoying himself by painting abstract work using a mixture of Acrylic & oils.
James Doesn't limit himself in any way with the work he produces. Trying hard to produce a wide range of work in different styles using a range of materials.
He has had two exhibitions this year and is hoping to expand on that with a goal of reaching wider audiences. You can currently see James work at the new Slack space gallery in Colchester
James became a member of the Colchester arts society in april of this year and is working with the society to expand the amount of art that is produced and viewed in the local area.
